There are lots of opportunities to customise these small tables as there are so many variables:

·      The diameter of the top surface

·      Colour and design of the top surface

·      Pedestal or hairpin legs

·      Round or square pedestal

·      Colour of pedestal or hairpin legs

·      Colour and design of the pedestal base

·      Overall height of the table

The example shown below was created specifically for our new bathroom as we wanted a place to put a glass, a phone, or a magazine. I wanted it to be fit for purpose, look beautiful and not take up too much space. My design choice for the table surface was easy as I repeated the design on the bathroom wall art (see below). I wanted the simplicity of a plain base so chose a dark blue for the pedestal and base. The finished height of 54.5cm was determined by the height of the bath. I chose a glossy resin finish on the surface for both high sheen and durability.

The wood is very sturdy and moisture proof birch plywood 18mm in depth. Our table surface is 30cm diameter with a base of 20cm diameter.
