The treasures of the ocean have universal appeal and we all have our favourites. This collection of five was both a challenge and a joy and I love them all.
On a flowing base depicting waves in cobalt, indigo and turquoise, sits the gold and red seahorses. Mum is mature and has a developed twig like coronet whilst her offspring is a juvenile with much growing to do. Balance is created by the addition of seagrass and coral, and the entire painting glistens with life.
